Believe it or not, the thoughts between your ears can greatly impact how you leverage marketing to grow your business. Fears and doubts can greatly limit your ability to utilize a marketing strategy to its fullest. In this week's Friday Bullpen Sessions episode I share a conversation I had with a client as he opened up to me about his fears with creating content for his company's marketing initiative. He has the same fears and doubts we all have. He's letting imposter syndrome set in because he has not been in the insurance industry all that long.
