We know that effective strategies for leadership transitions, succession planning and many other activities are essential to fostering an effective organization and encouraging more people to step into leadership roles. However, none of that matters unless your organization’s culture supports it. Attendees joined the Berl Colley Leadership Institute Committee for an ngaging, interactive session that provided you with useful strategies and techniques to strengthen your affiliate and create a culture that is welcoming and encouraging to newcomers, members, and aspiring leaders.
