"And they found the stone had been rolled away from the tomb, but when they went in they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus" (Luke 24:2-3). What a day this must have been for the followers of Jesus. They saw him die on Friday, they saw His body get placed into the tomb, they saw the tomb sealed with a giant stone with Romans guards standing watch... BUT now the stone had been rolled away! and the body of Jesus was gone! He had risen exactly as He said He would... and their lives would never be the same!
