Hello Lovely Loves!Yesterday was the 4 month anniversary of Steve's death. It's been an interesting few weeks of grieving while we're also focusing on the word Frolic. I love this word! What I'm finding is that Frolic; to play, make merriment and bring happiness to your activities and actions, is helping me grieve. It's helping me find peace and gratitude for my life with Steve and the fact that he's free and at peace. I also shared how I've been Frolicking over the last few weeks and all the things we have coming up. How are you Frolicking? Merriment, play and happiness is our resistance. Go out and Frolic!
