The LORD said to Satan, "The LORD rebuke you, Satan! The LORD, who has chosen Jerusalem, rebuke you! - Zechariah 3:1

Behold the Cross of the Lord! Be gone all evil powers! The Lord rebuke you, Satan! The Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David has conquered! Alleluia! Come O Holy Spirit and illuminate us- let your glory inside us come alive, let your anointing inside us come alive, let your power inside us come alive- help us to win like we are born to do, we make this prayer through Christ our Lord. Amen

So David saw that Jesus was coming back to heaven and the Father decided to give him an office by saying to him “sit thou at my right hand" – note that right hand in kingdom does not literally mean the right side of God, right hand of God translate to administration. Sit at my right-hand means, you have been given the administration right to manage and it will be the Father’s business to bring his enemies at Jesus feet. And because this has happen we can pray “the Lord rebuke you, Satan”
This was a kingdom discussion that was going on when the prophet David was given a vision to peep into the chambers of heaven. The Father is making a promise namely, "I will bring all your enemies and make them bow at your feet”.

The question that pops up is how does the father intend to accomplish this promise? The answer is in Psalm 110:2, it reads "the Lord will send his rod out of Zion and rule through the midst of their enemies" Rod out of Zion? What is that ROD? The Rod here is referring to the Holy Spirit.
Permit me to fast forward into the future, have noticed that the above description is the back end of PENTECOST. Listen, Jesus sat on that throne and the Father made a promise to bring all his enemies to his feet, this verse shows how the Lord will do that, He is going to send his Rod out of Zion, into the earth and that rod of his strength is the Holy Spirit. So the Holy Spirit came as evidence of the fact that Jesus has sat on his throne. The Holy Spirit came to earth to make the throne that Jesus is seating on powerful and operational in the earth. You remember what Jesus said in John 16:12-15, “I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you.”

Note that when the spirit of truth comes, He will not speak of himself, his presence is to represent the office of Christ, so it is everything Christ says that he will bring to you because the spirit of truth is there to represent Christ and bring the potency of the office that Christ occupies into your space. So the execution of the plan that the Father had in mind to bring the enemies of Christ at his feet is to release the Holy Spirit from heaven. This was Peter's explanation on the day of Pentecost, when he said that the “Jesus that you crucified, right now is in heaven God has made him both Lord and Christ and the Holy Spirit that has come down is proof that he has been exulted.”

If you have this understanding when people sitting on evil thrones come to threaten you, you will know what to do; when evil thrones with their corresponding evil kings threaten you- you will know what to do.

Let tell you something, I believe in power, and God doesn’t lie, his words are faithful and true, he meant every word to the latter, when he made the promise to Christ saying, “sit down in administration capacity until i make your enemies to bow at your feet, and I shall send the rod of my strength out of Zion”
So the Holy Spirit came with a mandate of dominion. Note that the first dominion mandate that was given at creation was the adamic mandate which says be fruitful, multiply, subdue, replenish, the earth, land water and atmosphere. The adamic mandate is what the Chinese are using to build sky scrapers and other things that looks like they want to conquer the world. Oh yes, there is a dominion that is consistent with the adamic mandate, there for instance is a millionaire in my country the dominion he is walking in is adamic and mind you can walk in the adamic mandate and be successful, have so much money, so much enterprises, have cars and influence on the face of the earth but when spirits come, you will be found wanting. When evil thrones with their kings come you will be found wanting, because they operate from the astral, from the invisible and the invisible can alter the realities here in the visible.

The smart thing to do is to access the other layer of dominion, namely thrones. In this second level of dominion enemies are to bow at the feet of Christ and if you subscribe to Christ and he becomes your head then automatically your enemies will also be at your feet, however the Holy Spirit is the activator of this level of dominion and because this our physical realm is a 3 dimensional realm, the Holy Spirit cannot fulfil that dominion mandate alone, so the psalmist says in the next verse, Psalm 110:3 KJV, “Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth”.

"thy people shall be willing" that means the Holy Spirit is coming with a mandate of dominion but he will need to partner with human beings for that mandate to find expression. Are you willing to partner with the Holy Spirit?

My dear friends, In the kingdom of God there are many thrones, the proof that Jesus had a throne is there was a spirit that made it efficacious and what we saw that broke out in the early church with respect to church growth and super natural expressions. We saw a consecrated anointing that gave the followers of Jesus an ability that they didn’t have naturally. A similar impartation can come upon you listening to me. When you notice that there is such an impartation, it is proof that you have a throne in the spirit.

For instance what am doing with you now through the various conferences is not natural, it is not a function of human intelligence or strength because am the weakest and least intelligent among you all, most of you are holier than I am, I don’t measure up but I stumbled upon this mysteries by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and a throne was given to me so I transmit from that throne, many people have tried to copy my style, but you can’t because the throne am operating is unique to me, the dimensions of the spirit of God assigned to me is idiosyncratic, you cannot copy it, its unique to me. Precisely because there is a spirit responsible to my assigned throne, I was not always like this, but once upon a time I became like this because there was an allocation of grace which was not there initially to activate my priesthood and prophetic ministry, Same way we all have our respective thrones in the spirit, the question is are you sitting on your throne, or someone else is manipulating you from the other side.

That being said, the central throne from which we get ability and authority to operate our own thrones is the ultimate THRONE of CHRIST. If you don't align yourself to the throne of Christ, you will end up inviting other thrones to control you. Scripture says the people must be willing because the Holy Spirit needs to work with humans. From the day of Pentecost, Humans who submit to the Holy Spirit will see the effect of the government of God being poured from heaven and this will be felt upon the face of the earth. As long as there is a throne, the spirit will be there and as long as the spirit is there if any man yields to the spirit the throne will begin to work.
