This is a conversation about living well and leaving a legacy that impacts lives for generations to come. We're not great at talking about grief, it's difficult. And so when Tracey said she'd be honoured to discuss her experience and share the story of her daughter, Kiara, I was humbled. And so we chatted. The lessons learned though heartbreak and loss are perhaps the most powerful. In this conversation I was reminded of how precious life is, how much of it we waste in worrying about the past and the future, and that the best way to deal with it all is to love hard.
