Side hustles are hard enough. But it's even harder when your "work-work" perceives it as a hinderance to your job. Don't let that happen. In this episode, I discuss the importance of recognizing that your paying job, the job that supports you financially, is your foundation. You can't let that slip. And even though it may not be what you ultimately want, don't just waste time. Use your job to your advantage. There's always something to be learned and then truly on the side, not at work, work on your side hustle. And make sure to make it clear that your side hustle doesn't impede your work.
