A story about a retail store that provided excellent service to a customer. Albeit, the purchase was for less than $100 and they indicated free shipping on orders over $75. We were just above the minimum required but the store's approach was first rate in both handling questions by the attendant and the delivery, speed and care for packaging a bird feeder we purchased from a Wild Birds Unlimited. We also mention the care of another online store entitled Sweetwater Recording that has scare factor with a specific store representative assigned to a customer and a follow up phone call after a purchase.
