On this episode of A Mo’ment with Mo, Lisa Greenbaum, Founder of Sangha Yoga Collective, joins Mo to dive deep into the practice of yoga as a practice for living.Lisa Greenbaum is a certified Yoga Therapist, a fitness and Yoga teacher of 22+ years and is the founder of Sangha Yoga Collective, a trauma-informed Yoga education school, with a philosophy first focus. Lisa has a strong passion for fitness, yoga and movement. She has worked with countless individuals, including her own personal practice, using Yoga based practices to release stored trauma from the body, finding ease from chronic pain and tension and a deeper connection to Self. Lisa spent 8 years as Director of an International Yoga School before setting out on her own with the mission to honour Yogic culture, and once again bring Yoga philosophy and meditation forward as an imperative part of our Yoga practice and teachings.
