Episode Synopsis

Yes... this is two episodes in the one day! Following on from looking at our own mental health and thought patterns, I wanted to pivot into how to talk about mental health in general! Again, shout out to Mitch Wallis for sharing his journey, tools and for encouraging us to engage in this conversation. 
Let's normalise mental health talk so that we can better support each other and ourselves.
In part 2, we look at some approaches and tactics to be a better supporter and listener. It's hard but listening is KEY when it comes to showing care and making others feel understood... which is all we really want, right? ANYWAY, listening caps on - it's time to practice those listening skills.
