In our life there are so many times where we fall, we make mistakes, we beat ourselves down and we can literally beat ourselves up to a point where we become mentally sick. This episode invites you to turn to the Savior and listen to him instead of the voices in our head. We are our worst critics and its so imortant to seek understanding from our mistakes, choose to be humble rather then prideful. Choose to accept that you made a mistake but don't stew in your mistake.
