In today’s episode we talk about why it’s important to  be open to change and be willing to chart that new territory as obstacles arise.


Sometimes we can anticipate these changes in advance. Other times change pops up unexpectedly and we need to roll with it or risk getting stuck. 


When we track our action we can identify how often we are working on your goals. 


If somethings not working, change it.


Reevaluate, and get back on track. 


The best way to know if somethings working is the track and see how consistent you are with taking inspired action.


Today I shared the multiple tracking methods I use to keep myself on track and in consistent inspired action.
