Entourage: The group of people who travel with a VIP
Photography pen: The area where photographers wait for celebrity appearances and photos
Press line: The line of press outlets that celebrities speak to before entering a venue
Face book/ Face sheet / Tip sheet: A document with photos, spelling and pronunciation of VIP names
Protocol: The official procedure of system of rules governing affairs of state or diplomatic occasions
Protocol Officer: The professionally trained person who works with the event to determine the flow according to protocol
