Kenneth Dudley, who is retired, has investigated the October 1973 UFO wave because of his own sighting at the Utah Launch complex. He has made reports to the National UFO Reporting Center, MUFON, Congressman Ron Paul, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, the FBI, Texas Homeland Security and several other government agencies. He says that Disclosure is his goal.
