Last week we introduced you to Gillian Letham, who's well known in the scene as "Gill from the Mill!"
Some of you may be aware that 'The Mill', which was a well-known crafty watering hole in Fortitude Valley, unfortunately had to close recently. Gill opens up a little about this and the range of emotions involved. It's not all sad news though because as well as running the Oxford Tap House, which shares the same stretch of road as our brewery, she was able to take those new lessons and open up a new bar in Mitchelton, called "The Woods"
In this episode we hear about these experiences as well as meeting the Revel crew and putting their very first keg on tap at the Oxford Tap House!
