Heather started Tickle Water as a side hustle and grew it into a full time business that she eventually sold. Listen to Heather talk about her journey to launch the company, experience into the competitive world of the food and beverage industry (even making an appearance on Shark Tank) and what she learned along the way.
Forever a hustler, Heather always has projects in motion. In her free time she competes in body building competitions and her new passion is leaning into her love of interior design, to renovate and flip and sell houses.

About Heather:
Heather McDowell is an entrepreneur who spent most her adult life in New York City. She was the founder and CEO of Tickle Water, a brand of naturally flavored sparkling water designed for kids. Tickle Water was acquired in January of 2021 and should hit shelves again this year! Heather launched the company to provide a fun but healthy, sugar-free, preservative-free beverage choice for families. Before building Tickle Water, she worked with different organizations in the food, beverage and luxury goods industries, providing marketing and management consulting. For ten years, she managed the global auctions for Antiquorum, a prestigious International auction house specializing in timepieces.
Heather is a longstanding fitness and nutrition advocate, using her business platform to communicate the value of healthy lifestyles for people of all ages, including kids. She has a BA in Spanish and a minor in Fine Arts from Westmont College, in Santa Barbara, CA. Heather lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband Adam and son, Jayger, the original inspiration for Tickle Water. Currently, Heather is having some fun renovating and flipping houses and is excited to begin some real estate projects in Tennessee in the near future.

1. I compete in bodybuilding. After 21 years of long distance running, I started bodybuilding about 2.5 years ago. I love to feel strong!
2. I LOVE to travel. One day I hope to live in Europe again ( or back in NYC )
3. I took glass blowing classes while living in AZ…
4. I speak fluent Spanish - from living in Spain and Santiago, Chile
5. I went bungee jumping ( naked ! ) in New Zealand
