Fluid thinking is THE skill we need to start cultivating NOW. Tapping into great ideas is a key future skill and Pearson 2030 research shows that it is the quantity of ideas we need to generate rather than the quality. Yet we also need critical thinking skills to become more fluid in our thinking and work more smartly and creatively. In this podcast I discuss the need for these skills and how you can quickly become much more creative and smarter at work. This is also all about having a "beginner"s mind. The ability to think about something - anything - without automatically prejudging it or using our past experience to make decisions or to influence our ideas.
