I used to have a deep fear of dogs. I avoided them all my life because as a child I was bitten by one. 3 years ago we acquired a Golden Retriever puppy named Oscar and I became a dog owner. Oscar has taught me so much about empathy. In this podcast I’ll be talking about how we can learn empathy skills in most life situations, why we absolutely must do this and how using empathy can transform our personal and professional relationships.
