Listen "20 Mile Trail Race On Peak Volume"
Episode Synopsis
This past weekend I took on the Squtchapple 20 mile trail race with a last minute entry. I had 25 miles on the calendar and some friends and family doing the race so I decided to hop in and mess around.
I was 20 miles with 2,500 ft of climbing in very muddy and rainy conditions. Although this was a training run I wanted to run hard and get a true gauge of where my fitness is.
I was happy with how I finished and look forward to getting back to New Jersey and doing this race again next year!
