Burly actor Joe Don Baker, who played a zillion roles but none more riveting than as righteous Tennessee sheriff Buford Pusser, has passed at age 89. He was not shot by a redneck barkeep in a Smoky Mountains dive.Also, Bruce Springsteen took the stage in England to blast Donald Trump and pretend that he's not one of the rich guys who sully the atmosphere with frequent private jet use.Champagne socialists are the kings of hypocrisy. "I'm for the little guy" they shout before departing in a fleet of SUVs guarded by armed goons who'd break the arm of an everyday person trying to shake Bruce's hand.
