Episode 399:  Single family residential real estate should fare much better than most people are expecting and not likely to see a 2008 style price collapse.  Industrial real estate should continue to grow at a substantial pace as manufacturing continues to onshore.  The negative areas of real estate will likely be brick & mortar retailers, office space and potentially short term vacation type rental properties (Airbnb).
