19.8.18 - This is Day 8 (after 8 pm CEST) and I weigh 86.1 kg (189.9 lbs/13 st 7.8 lb) and am continuing my 7 day water fast and turning it into a 14 day fast! #wishmeluck I used to be a UK size 8 (EU 36/US 4) in 2011 now I am a UK size 18 (EU 46/US 14).
