28.11.18 - This is Day 1 (after 1:20 am CEST) and I weigh 88.7 kg (195.6 lb/13st 13.6 lb) - Goal 0 met [under 90 kg] and am in my first day of my winter water fast! #wishmeluck I used to be a UK size 8 (EU 36/US 6) in 2011 now I am a tight UK size 16 (EU 44/US 14 ) but I started with UK size 18 (EU 46/US 16) on 12.8.18.
