Paul Holsgrove's first season with the Royals was one of the most memorable in the club's history. Having won promotion the previous season, Reading finished second in the 1994-95 season but missed out on automatic promotion due to league restructuring, then agonisingly lost in the play-off final, having been 2-0 up against Bolton at Wembley. Holsgrove fondly recalls his time at the club - and gives his view on the club's current predicament.
