Her transformative approach integrates leader-as-coach, hospitality, and values-based solutions to upskill and reskill clients, fostering award-winning cultures. With a proven methodology shaped by training over 18,000 front-line team members and 4,000 leaders for 40+ top brands, Michelle helps organizations become the brand and employer of choice in their market. Her collaboration spans diverse industries, from hospitality to healthcare, non-profit and real estate, aligning internal culture initiatives with external brand messaging for accelerated productivity, improved client relations, and innovative solutions. Michelle's expertise lies in her signature programs: Hospitality Accelerator and Leadership Upskilling Sprints. She excels in fostering hospitality mindsets and scaling values-based cultures. Before becoming a sought-after speaker and consultant, Michelle pioneered the learning and development and coaching functions at Convene. She also worked as a client advisor and facilitator for Hospitality Quotient, the professional training business of Danny Meyer's award-winning Union Square Hospitality Group, while establishing Just Think Hospitality, INC. Additionally, Michelle led the training and development teams for iconic establishments such as the Waldorf-Astoria in NYC and the ultra-luxury Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. Her entrepreneurial spirit thrived as she assisted clients like The Peninsula, Beverly Hills, SmartLabs, and The Moore, Miami in successfully opening or expanding over 41 locations. Michelle holds a certification as a Professional Coach accredited by iPEC and the International Coach Federation. Graduating with honors from Elon University with a BS in Economics and Marketing, she brings a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise to her engagements.
