Welcome to week 41! This last week I didn't manage to get a file posted as my Grandfather passed away, and so this last week I've been trying to remember to care for myself. But today I listed to Tom N.'s story which was really great as he shared about his experience with the 12 steps, and reminds me, and I hope us, that we can be in the program and be sober and still suffer from our addictions. For this program is truly about a spiritual experience with God, not simply doing some work to get sober. We cannot get true sobriety until we connect with God, but so often that is missed.
