In today's episode we are focusing on how to gain more tenacity in your life. On Monday, we defined what tenacity is and why it's important, but for today, here are some good ways to increase your tenacity. First, find your "why." This will give you a reason to keep going and be more tenacious in your life. If you don't have that motivating factor, it's hard to have tenacity. Secondly, write your goals down and then put them up in an area of your home you frequently travel to such as a bathroom. As an example, hang your goals up on your mirror that way you will see them every morning when you wake up. Last, get thicker skin. You're going to be told "no" a lot in your life. Don't let people stop you from achieving your dreams. Make that a motivating factor on how you gain more tenacity.
