If someone has a vendetta against you, there may be no changing their mind and sometimes the best defence, is no defence. The harder you work to convince someone of your worth and who you truly are, the more that person will dig into their current point of view. So, leave them with it. You will not be liked by everyone. People close to you may envy you and act out. People can find lots of reasons to make you the reason why their life isn't rockin'. You do not need to buy into any of it. Sometimes the best way to defend yourself, is to not defend and to let the discomfort push you into starting something new. Leave them with their 'stuff' and do you. Can you influence or change the situation to create a better outcome? If you can, go ahead and give it a try but use the situation to propel you into a bigger, better life and into creating and actualising your ideas. How does it get any better than that?
