Listen "Why every new achievement leaves you feeling empty"
Episode Synopsis
When I was growing up, any time I felt insecure, I thought I needed to change the external. I needed a big house, fast car, nice clothes, or a high paying job. Like that is what I was missing to feel better and more confident about myself. And I would put in all this effort to go after it. But that rarely did anything. As soon as I got what I thought would make me feel better, my mind would say, well you don’t have this other thing, but once you get it you’ll definitely be there. I learned the hard way the key is not to put so much effort on the external, but the internal. Instead of putting effort on making money, buying clothes, or doing extreme things, it’s better to put that time and energy on developing your self-esteem, learning to be comfortable around others, improving your posture and how you talk, act, and respond to people. When you change that, the success will follow. KamKnight.com
