Zuhair Isaacs, also spelled Zuhair Isaaq or Qari Zuhair Isaacs, is a contemporary Quran reciter from Cape Town known for his steady murattal-style recitation in the Hafs ‘an ‘Asim riwāyah. He memorized the Qur’an at Dar Tahfeeth Academy and earned first place in the “Golden Voice” competition, later representing South Africa at the International Qur’an Recitation Competition in Tanzania.

His voice is praised for clear Tajwīd, balanced pacing, and emotional resonance during public recitation events—both live and recorded. Zuhair Isaacs is considered a rising figure among South African Qaris, valued for performances in community mosques and interfaith forums that support both spiritual upliftment and educational outreach.
