To celebrate Mother's Day, here's one of my mom's favorite authors and our favorite book, Animal Vegetable Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver. This is Part one, focusing a little more on Mother Earth (for Mother's Day) and next week I'll share some more fun ideas and stories inspired from the book.
