Today's guest is Ilan Bass. Originally from London, Ilan has worked in several countries, including the UK, China, and Israel,  in industries as diverse as finance, government, and education. Ilan currently works as a relationship manager helping senior executives develop themselves and their leadership teams with a company based in London and Hong Kong. He has established a conflict resolution consulting company called Orchid Mediation 义兰调解, which aims to resolve cross-cultural disputes by helping people to communicate and understand each other. Having lived in mainland China, he can speak Mandarin.Ilan helped train me in International Mediation during my MA program at Tel Aviv University.
