In a courageous act of rebellion, she torched the expectations and rebuilt from the ashes.
 
She now supports her clients in reclaiming their sense of self, connecting to inner inspiration and embodying the courage and confidence to live life on their own terms. 
 
She's a trained breathwork facilitator, transformational coach and recently completed a year's study under Gabor Mate. Lucy currently resides in Cape Town.
