As we went over all the stuff with Jerome, we got into how he was able to build a successful partnership with a long-time partner in real estate and how to they were able to buy multiple deals together. Jerome went from a corporate W-2 employee running a team of 170 people to walking away from that company and getting into real estate due to not enjoying what he did for the company he worked for at that time. There are many takeaways here, and the biggest one was how to build a successful team to be good at working together to purchase properties.
