There are times you will find yourself in a season of being overwhelmed. If you are there right now, it’s okay you're in a safe space to work this out. Today let’s change the way you walk through those overwhelming seasons of life. Here are three things to focus on managing when that season comes upon you: Focus on breathing - It may feel you can’t afford a brief moment to pause and breathe. But the question is, can you afford not to? Set boundaries of your time - Being overwhelmed is a sign you need to establish boundaries. Breaking boundaries may prove you are over-extending yourself and out of the practice of self-care.Make a list and give each task a place to go! You may find that some of the things you are working on do not belong to you - time to delegate.Use this approach to help you choose how you navigate your next season of feeling overwhelmed.
