I like to consider myself a pretty positive person, and I, for the record saw a ton of positive things during the lockdown, but I too, got sucked into feeling kind of blue.  In Ohio, when this all went down, we were literally quarantined.  The weather was bad, everything was pretty much closed and we were afraid to go anywhere.  I am so thankful that things are starting to open up!  Then, once things started to get a little bit better, we had the riots and all the horrible things that went with that.   When I was really starting to get down in the dumps, I discovered photographer/writer/positivity psychology based coachLizzie LaRock.
