If you've been following me for any amount of time you know I live and breathe by my values. 
 
In the current state of the internet, we are hearing all of these negative terms getting thrown around like candy: 
- Virtue Signaling
- Cancel Culture
- Bullying 
- Gaslighting 
 
In this episode, I want to bring you a new perspective to these terms that have us investing energy into struggle and hate and how to overcome this using your values as a filter.
