It can be really scary to open our selves up. To break down our walls and fears and programming to stay small and to let ourselves experience life, the beautiful and the hard and every single expression in between. I share a bit about my own personal journey recently and ways in which easing in to this space can open you up to such incredible miracles and blessings.
