We are all connected - even when there’s war and turmoil far away from us, on the other side of the globe. I like to think of humanity as one body, and all of us as cells 🧬

Even when we aren’t directly impacted by trauma, and even when we all don’t see eye-to-eye with happenings in our world, it still affects our consciousness and state of being.
