It is to gain TRUST.What is the fastest way to gain trust?  To give of yourself first!Example: Tell someone an embarrassing story about yourself.Trust is the key to Leadership?Remember with great power comes even greater Responsibility!We all have a stewardship!When we are a leader, we must take great care of the people we influence.God has called me to steward my employees!I am the leader of my companies, and this is my mission field. I am call to disciple to the people in my businesses, which is GOD’s businesses that I am just a steward of. None of these companies are mine. I am just here to carry out God’s work. I am just a humble servant.
