Tanisha Rinehardt is the programming coordinator for “Philly Girls Jump”, an organization that is bringing about unity and community for women and girls through the art of jumping rope in Philadelphia. On Sept. 20th from 1pm-5pm, Philly Girls Jump is having a free event at Vare Recreation Center (2601 Moore St. Philadelphia, PA 19145) where they will be teaching people of all skill levels how to jump rope. There will also be music, food, vendors, free giveaways, and a cash prize double dutch contest.

Tanisha joins the show to further discuss Philly Girls Jump’s upcoming Sept. 20th event.
