Francine Rodriguez, and is an author, but she wasn’t always an author. She grew up in and around downtown Los Angeles. Later, she worked as a Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator in the Federal sector. Altogether, before becoming Francine Rodriquez, Author, she worked in the fields of law and psychology for over thirty years. It is her experience as a professional in those fields that informs her writing.
