Listen "No more duty-free U.S.-bound parcels"
Episode Synopsis
Postal services across the world are suspending parcel deliveries to the United States. That includes some parcel delivery operations across Europe, Australia, Russia, India and beyond. The suspension is a response to a U.S. government decision to end the exemption that allows the customs-free import of individual parcels valued up to 800 U.S. dollars. Major international carrier DHL has suspended U.S.-bound parcel shipment. How big is the fallout of this decision on the U.S. market?
