He started his career in banking, moved his way up, but found no passion for it. His passion was in the theatre as a director and so he took a leap and went for it full time - and his life changed forever and for the way better. And then the pandemic hit and like a lot of us, he asked himself, "Now what?" The answer was centered in his own upbringing, his family roots, specifically his family recipes. That's when he opened Flip Kitchen and began feeding his community from his own home...wait for it...FOR FREE.
