Kicking us off into the year 3000 is accredited coach and former Royal Marines Officer, Roderic Yapp. Roderic led Marines on combat operations in Afghanistan in 2007 and after he left the Corp, he moved into the nuclear industry before establishing his resilience and leadership coaching business, Leadership Capital.
