She is the CEO of SpeakHer Consulting, host of Full Circle a weekly radio show on KDEE, 97.5 and podcast dedi-cated to empowering Black Women through conversation. When not on the air she develops and delivers leadership training courses to State of California managers and supervisors. In 2019 she was recognized as an exceptional Woman of Color in the field of Communication and Public Affairs by the Sac Cultural Hub Media foundation.
