This week, we want to talk about developing your relationship while dating. We are going to discuss our experience/story with dating and some of the boundaries we put in place to protect our growing relationship and respect for each other. We aren’t stating this is the only way it can be done but simply how we went about it.It is important to live in a way that honors and glorifies our Heavenly Father, even when dating. The world aka society is often telling us how we ought to live, which many times can be unbiblical or sinful but okay according to society.After we officially became boyfriend/girlfriend, we set up some boundaries in our relationship. Our goal was to respect one another and keep us from sinning. Our main boundaries included: keeping things rated PG when it came to physical intimacy, and not praying together as a couple or being each other’s accountability partner for any struggle we may be having.
