It’s hard to overstate the importance of covenant theology in our women’s ministries, yet many of us still have a hard time understanding how to define it, and especially how to apply it. As we counsel, lead, and teach women in our churches, it’s important that we understand the essence of covenant theology, so that we give them a covenantal worldview. In order to do this, we must understand the promise of God’s presence, the person of Jesus Christ, the people of God, and the practice of God’s people.
