Womenedtech is about profiling the role of women within educational technology. It has been developed to shine a positive light on the impact that technology can have to enable leaders to effectively fulfill their role and encourage more leaders to adopt an appropriate technology enabled style of leadership.
Serving as a reminder to acknowledge the contribution of women educators within a tech driven world, the group encourages current and future women leaders to realise their potential to lead and stand on the shoulders of giants.
Our mission is to build connections and up skill educators, create new opportunities in educational technology and build connections that can lead to established relationships and better schools.
We aim to create an empowered community united on a local and national and digital level and to increase the capacity of women in technology through means of inclusivity, visibility and impact.
