Samantha, “Sam” Allen and her Law Mom® team help families avoid collapse after the death or disability of a loved one. Sam opened Law Mom® because she knows firsthand how crucial wealth and guardianship planning is for families. In 2019 after the birth of her first son, Sam almost lost her life. And she didn’t have a plan in place to protect him if the worst happened. Thankfully Sam was given a second chance, and now she is passionate about helping families like yours provide a secure future for their children and the next generation. In 2021 and 2022, Sam was named a Top Trusts and Estates Attorney by Boston Magazine, and her practice made the Best of South Shore Law Firm List. And in 2022, she was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star, a distinction that only 2.5% of lawyers in Massachusetts are awarded. Sam stays active in the community as a member of Wealth Counsel, a national organization of Trusts and Estates attorneys. She is the current the President of Duxbury Newcomers Club, a philanthropic organization in her town. And she is a proud member of the Boston Business Women Group. When Sam is not with her clients, she is renovating homes with her husband, raising awareness for childhood Type 1 Diabetes, and going on adventures with her two sons and their Lolli and Pops (also known as Sam’s parents!)
